Here's the thing about planning, I've learned it's not about finding the perfect tool. It's about building a flexible foundation that adapts to whatever season you're in. I'm not here to sell you on perfection or some magical productivity transformation. I'm here to share what actually works in my real, messy, ever-changing life.

Every year, I'll be posting the planner and notebook stack I'm using to help shape the kind of year I want to have. My approach to planning is flexible. I follow what works for me in the season I'm in. Whether it’s March or August, it could be vastly different! Some tools I'll put down and pick back up months later. Others stay with me consistently, year after year. If something makes a repeat appearance, it's because it earned it. Whether I have an affiliate code or not, I only share what I actually use.

Fun fact: I became an affiliate for Lavendaire and Passion Planner after I had already been using both for years — as in, back when no one knew who I was.

Everything I'm sharing has been tested in the trenches of my actual daily life. These aren't theoretical recommendations. They're the tools that have proven themselves when deadlines hit, when life gets chaotic, and when I need systems that don't require me to be perfect to make them work. I’ve been using the weekly Passion Planner system since 2015. It’s my tried and true. The medium is a B5 size, so it fits all the digital planner & bujo spreads I made. This year, I hand drew some new spreads in the blank back pages. That being said, the paper quality has changed from previous years. It’s cheaper, slightly more ghosting, thinner, feels different, but I’m still using it. This is also the first year my boyfriend is joining me in using one. He’s using Twilight Teal. The only thing I dislike, is it’s hard to photograph the color! I am using the Peach Sunrise Monthly Tabs with my planner.

I won the Joy Journal in a giveaway, and I have been using it off and on since. It is very similar The Five Minute Journal, but honestly, in my humble opinion BETTER. I do often use my Passion Planner for gratitude, but when I’m not in my Passion Planner for long periods of time, it is important to me to be using something for gratitude!

If you get the physical version of the Artist of Life workbook, it comes with the digital. The digital on its own is $20. This year, I wanted to utilize less, so I’m using the digital more than the physical. I have a love hate relationship with the goal setting portion of the workbook. I have plenty of guides on how and what I do to make it better for myself. It’s an A5 size planner/workbook, so all my A5 spreadswill fit in it.

I have very small hands. But this beats using memo pads constantly or running out of space. I got my boyfriend 2: To-Do List & the Daily Notepad Set. He uses the To-Do for shopping & the Daily at work. It’s man-sized. It fits him perfectly. It fits in his back pocket. I’m just tiny, but it still comes with me where ever I go. I love the fanciness of it.
